- Visit your location(s)
- Meet with the appropriate personnel
- Observe and critique current practices and procedures
- Tour the competition in each selected location's trading area
Phase 3 — Documentation

- Analysis of the data

Phase 4 — Implementation

- Develop detailed action plan and timetable (customized to meet your specific needs)
- Agree on roles and accountabilities
