Human Resources Audit
b2b Solutions is often asked by its clients to conduct a Human Resource Audit ("HRA"). b2b Solutions HRA process is outlined below.
Phase 1 Pre-Visit
b2b Solutions knowledgeable consultant will review the following documents:
- position descriptions
- employee handbook
- policy manual
- recruiting/interviewing/hiring materials
- orientation and training materials
- performance appraisals
- benefits materials
- company newsletter and/or other samples of internal communications
Phase 2 - On-Site Review
A) b2b Solutions consultant will meet with some or all of the following:
- senior management
- senior operations management
- senior human resources management
- a representative sample of supervisors with territories close to headquarters
- a representative sample of supervisors not close to the corporate headquarters
- a sample of unit managers
B) b2b Solutions consultant will also review, and where necessary, create, the
following statistical data:
- turnoverretention
- staffing levels
Phase 3 - Documentation
b2b Solutions will provide:
- Analysis of the documents and data
- Report of on-site findings
- Recommended course of action
Phase 4 - Implementation (optional)
b2b Solutions will work with the client to:
- Develop detailed action plan and timetable
- Agree on roles and accountabilities
- Implement the plan
